Nepalese policemen detain Tibetan in exile protestors during an anti-Chinese demonstration in front of the consular section of the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu on March 27, 2008. Police in Kathmandu detained 15 Tibetan protesters who had gathered outside a building housing China's consular and trade offices as well as Xinhua, the country's official news agency. Nepal's government will not tolerate any pro Tibetan protests out of respect for China, officials said. Sandwiched between regional giants India and China, Nepal officially recognises the official Chinese policy that Tibet and Taiwan are indivisible parts of China.
