Chevrolet unveiled two unique 2008 Corvette Indy 500 Pace Cars on December 27, 2007 that will serve as the official vehicles for the annual race next year. The Corvette Z06, E85 concept (L) runs on E85 ethanol fuel and will be driven during the Indy 500 pace lap by two-time Indianapolis 500 champion Emerson Fittipaldi. The Corvette 30th Anniversary Pace Car, (R) honors the 1978 model - the first Corvette to pace the field at the Indy 500.
