A morning sun burns through fog over Seattle Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007 as viewed from the top of the Space Needle. The city will host the "Mayors Climate Summit, " Thursday and Friday, a meeting of more than 100 mayors from across the country to discuss steps U.S. cities can make to address the effects of climate change.
