Christina Rossi, on vacation from Scotland, tries to roll up her beach matt as it is blown about by winds caused by Tropical Storm Noel 30 October 2007 in Miami Beach, Florida. The National Hurricane Center issued an advisory to Southern Florida saying they should monitor the progress of Noel.
