This view of planet Saturn's moon Iapetus shows dark material that splatters the walls and floors of craters in the surreal, frozen wastelands of Iapetus. The view was acquired during the Cassini spacecrafts only close flyby of the two-toned Saturn moon at a distance of approximately 6,030 kilometers (3,750 miles) from Iapetus on September 10, 2007 in this photograph released by NASA September 12, 2007.
