A boat comes back to the tourist pick up area in Tam Coc in Ninh Binh Province, about 100 kilometer ( 62 miles) from Hanoi, Vietnam, Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007. Tam Coc, which means three caves, is also referred to as Halong Bay. Tourists often used boats to explore the caves on the river.
