A gardener tends flowers in the Tulip Garden, which is claimed to be Asia's largest, in Srinagar on March 30, 2009. Over 1.2 million tulip bulbs have been planted in the garden to woo back tourists to the region which was one of Asia's top tourist draws before the revolt erupted. The insurgency has left more than 43,000 people dead by official count.
