This image provided by NOAA shows Tropical Storm Paloma taken at 3:31 a.m. EST Thursday Nov. 6, 2008. According to the National Hurricane Center At 4:a.m. EST the center of Paloma was located about 65 miles east of Cabo Gracias a Dios on the Nicaragua/Honduras border. Paloma is moving toward the north-northwest near 7 mph with maximum sustained winds near 40 mph. Additional strengthening is forecast during the next couple of days and Paloma could become a hurricane on Friday
