World Population Day.....Philippine

Former Philippine president Fidel Ramos on criticised his successor, Gloria Arroyo for letting the Roman Catholic church control the country's population control policy. Speaking at a UN forum on World Population Day, Ramos said "the Arroyo administration's population policy has been described as flip-flopping, perhaps due to unwarranted subservience to the Catholic church."
