Sixty-six people were killed and nearly 250 injured in the worst rail accident in China


Rescuers search for survivors and victims of the passenger train from Beijing which careered off the rails and slammed into another train near city of Zibo in eastern China's Shandong province on April 28, 2008. Sixty-six people were killed and nearly 250 injured in the worst rail accident in China in more than a decade. The train was travelling to Qingdao -- the coastal city that will host the Olympic sailing competition in August -- when it derailed, causing the other train to leave the tracks too.
