Matthew Harrell digs out his 2000 Toyota Camry, Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, as tow trucks prepare to pull the car back onto the road near Gold Run, Calif., Harrell lost control of the car and went over the embankment while driving through a snow storm Saturday and had to leave it overnight before getting tow trucks to pull it out. Storms are expected to continue to sweeping through California bringing rain and snow to the mountains
