Kashmir valley...reeling under continuous cold conditions

The Kashmir valley is reeling under continuous cold conditions with major parts of Dal Lake and hundreds of other ponds, taps, water motors and drains frozen. At least 47 people have died because of a biting cold wave sweeping northern India over the last two weeks, media reports said.
