View of fossilized leaves foundd in the Tomayate river paleontological site in Apopa, El Salvador, 13 kms of San Salvador, displayed on December 11th, 2007. The remains of a giant sloth -the pelvis, ribs and vertebras- were found in the paleontological site, discovered in 2005, and in which the remains of other 18 species -including the skull of a mastodon- were also found.
