huge land slide...east of Melbourne, Australia

A huge land slide at a coal mine ripped apart a train track and a road, at the Yallourn coal mine, 150 kilometers (93 miles) east of Melbourne, Australia, Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007. No minors or travelers were injured in the massive collapse that is believed to have been caused by recent rain that had flooded into the mine shafts. The Yallourn coal mine provides fuel to power about 22 percent of Victoria state's power needs.
