German born Reinhard, 66, stands in his bedroom 27 November 2007 in a cave that has been his home for some 30 years near Pianottolli-Caldarello in southern Corsica. Inspite of receiving rent, the land owner wishes to have the land returned and a decision by the appeals cour in Bastia has confirmed Reinhard's expulsion as of 28 November 2007 with penaties of 100 euros per day thereafter.
