A bomb planted on a road in Kabul blew up a civilian vehicle, killing its four Afghan passengers, a city police chief told AFP. The bomb was remotely detonated and exploded as the vehicle passed in the southeastern outskirts of the city, General Zalmai Uriakhail told AFP.
