A handout picture made available by the Lebanese Internal Security Force (ISF) late 04 October 2007 shows a group of youths -- who the ISF said were supporters of the opposition Free Patriotic Movement (FPM) of former president Michel Aoun -- in military fatigues with machine guns posing for a picture somewhere in an area in the city of Jbeil in north Lebanon. The ISF announced that they had arrested two members of the Christian opposition for undertaking paramilitary training, fanning tensions ahead of a delayed presidential vote. But members of parliament loyal to Aoun, who is the opposition candidate in this month's vote for a new president, accused the security forces of making the arrests without a warrant and of "acting outside the law and like a militia."
