Donning her hand-made Statue of Liberty costume, Sue Frankel-Streit joins about 500 people outside the building where the Prince William Board of County Supervisors are meeting to consider a new measure that would crack down on illegal immigrants, 16 October 2007 in Manassas, Virginia. The board will vote on whether or not to grant local law enforcement officers the ability to check peoples immigration status.
